What this study does not show

It is a case series, not a trial. There is no control group, no randomisation and no blinding, so it cannot establish efficacy relative to any alternative.
Two patients is not a safety population. A sample of two cannot characterise the rate of uncommon adverse events. It reports what happened to two people at one clinic.
It covers body contouring only. The study concerns buttock augmentation. It says nothing about the face range.

We publish this section because a practitioner deciding what to inject will check the paper anyway — and because a two-patient series dressed up as definitive proof would tell you more about us than about the product.
